We are happy to accommodate changes to orders prior to being dispatched, We do not normally provide refunds where the customer has simply changed their mind, however, we can provide store credit to the value of the original purchase price. There can be exceptions where refunds are issued, however, this is entirely at our discretion. Any refunds issued will have deducted all non-refundable transaction fees that BookTrader.co.nz incurs on the original purchase.

Our delivery options start from just $7.00 per shipment (New Zealand), with an additional fee for rural areas

Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer international shipping as an option on our website. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss furthur.

To provide you with an accurate shipping price, we calculate it based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order. We have calculated a flat shipping rate for local destinations.

Bank Transfer - pay for your order by way of bank transfer. AfterPay - (Currently NZ only) Allows you to pay for your books in 4 easy installments spread over 6 weeks.
